Red just laughed then the smile turned into an ol jeezus

"I was trying to obvious, I guess spending so much time with Narri made me quiet and sneaky without me noticing!" Tala laighed.

"Lightning Rod attract electricty from lightning to the electric currents in the pokemon, light negative current is attracted to a positive current, therefore electric type encourage lightning stroms to happen." Tala said trying to make it into more of an explanation.
