Fake Pokemon Cheat

I read this game on another forum, so as the name states, you make a fake pokemon cheat.
Example:
First Person-
Go to route 1 in Pokemon Platinum and catch a level 2 Bidoof.
Second Person-
Then take that bidoof and transfer it to Pokemon SoulSilver.
Third Person-
In Soulsilver, make Bidoof follow you, and walk from NewBark town to Lake of Rage 10 times.
And so on!
Just remember, The cheat doesn't have to make sense or have a ending!
I'll start:
Use a old rod and catch a female garados lv 1, Docile nature in Lake of rage in SoulSilver. Then name it Princess Celestia. If it isn't named Princess celestia, IT WILL NOT WORK!

Then, you get Lugia and put the Gyrados an Lugia in the pokemon daycare.
You then wait 7 days and go back to the daycare. You will then find an egg...

With a lv 1 rattata in it! The rattata will know Blast burn. You have to name it Mr. Snuffles.
